At Stacked Glass, many of our products are made to order or manufactured to your specific requirements. For this reason, bespoke and custom-sized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or have been supplied incorrectly due to our error. We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, specifications, and order details before completing their purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with details and photographs of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Order cancellations may only be accepted before production or processing has commenced. Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
